Hi! My name is Erica Fischer and I have been in the digital marketing space for over 25 years. In 2015, I started my freelance paid ads management business and I have been building, maintaining and scaling lead pipelines for my own company and client’s companies for the past 12 years.

In addition to my paid ads expertise, ever since my business exceeded the 1 decade mark, I have been frequently asked by Fractional CMOs and Boutique Digital Marketing Agencies to help them fix their pipelines, optimize them and then fill the top of their funnels with paid traffic.

This request has become so frequent and I really enjoy this type of work that I decided in 2026 to systematize my strategy and offer It to other marketers who need it. In addition, over a 5 month period I built a software (The Command Center) to help monitor and analyze the effectiveness of my own pipeline which I am now offering to my clients along with my pipeline repair, optimization and monthly management services.

The secret to staying in business for over a decade for me - in what can be a pretty volatile market - has been staying consistent with outreach and ensuring that my own pipeline is secure. The same works for any business. Yet, this is still commonly overlooked by a lot of business owners.

My business gave me the time and financial freedom I always wanted. My pipeline made it sustainable and scalable. I have a passion for entrepreneurship and helping others achieve their goals and dreams as well. And that's why I packaged my system and created Fischer Revenue Systems.
